Socket Error #10061
The technical message behind this error is:
No connection could be made because the
target machine actively refused it.
You should ensure that:
- You have the correct IP address for the remote
Agent.
- The port number is correct (the default is
7250).
- The Agent service is installed on the remote
computer and is started.
- The remote computer is not behind a firewall
or NAT device which is blocking the connection.
